On January 13, 2021, the Ministry of industry and information technology issued the industrial Internet innovation and development action plan (2021-2023), which suggested that industrial enterprises should be supported to build 5g fully connected factories, promote the penetration of 5g applications from peripheral auxiliary links to core production links, and accelerate the promotion of typical scenarios.
According to the plan, China's industrial Internet has achieved remarkable results, and the initial action plan for 2018-2020 has been completed. 2021-2023 is a period of rapid growth of China's industrial Internet.
The plan puts forward the innovation and development objectives of industrial Internet, including further improving the new infrastructure, giving further play to the comprehensive application effect, further improving the technological innovation ability, further improving the industrial development ecology and further improving the security ability.
The new infrastructure has been further improved. Industrial Internet infrastructure covering all regions and industries, and 30 5g fully interconnected factories in 10 key industries. The innovation energy effect of the sign analysis system is outstanding, with more than 120 secondary nodes. Establish 3 ~ 5 comprehensive industrial Internet platforms with international influence. We will basically build the national industrial Internet big data center system, and build 20 regional level centers and 10 industry level centers.
The ecology of industrial development was further improved. Cultivate more than 40 innovative leading enterprises with main business income of more than 1 billion yuan, and form one or two leading enterprises with international influence. Cultivate five national Internet industry demonstration bases and improve the modernization level of industrial chain and supply chain.
The plan points out 11 key tasks for the innovation and development of industrial Internet, involving network system, identification analysis, platform system, data, key standard construction and other fields.
It is planned to deepen 5g + industrial Internet. Support industrial enterprises to build 5g fully connected factories, promote the penetration of 5g applications from surrounding auxiliary links to core production links, and accelerate the popularization of typical scenes. Explore the construction and operation mode of 5g private network, plan 5g industrial Internet private frequency, and carry out industrial 5g private network test. Build a public service platform to provide 5g network transformation, application incubation, test verification and other services.
Plans to build an industrial Internet map. Build industrial Internet public service capacity covering all cities and key industrial departments in China, build a panorama of industrial Internet construction, operation and application, and provide comprehensive support services for network construction, network construction and pipe network.
