How does the harness engineer investigate the cause of burning?
Vehicle spontaneous combustion refers to the phenomenon of self combustion. Vehicles parked silently inadvertently burn themselves in the raging fire. In the face of sudden fire demons, many users are at a loss. This is vehicle spontaneous combustion.
How to investigate the cause of car burning?
Traditional automobile spontaneous combustion factors are as follows:
1. There is a problem with the oil circuit of the vehicle, resulting in oil leakage.
Auto spontaneous combustion caused by fuel leakage is a typical one. Once the fuel leaks and the mixture reaches a certain concentration, if there is an open fire, the spontaneous combustion accident is inevitable. Moreover, the causes of gasoline leakage often occur in summer. Due to the high temperature, the connecting oil pipe of gasoline filter is deformed due to heating, which makes the tight hose loose when the original temperature is low, resulting in fuel leakage.
2. Short circuit or spark caused by aging or improper connection of vehicle wires.
The common electrical short circuit is that the starting switch is melted and welded due to contact sintering, and the magnetic switch of the starter cannot be released, resulting in the long-term start of the starter and the engine heating and spontaneous combustion. Circuit aging is also the main cause of automobile spontaneous combustion. The aging of the rubber outside the line leads to the exposure of the inner core, which is easy to produce sparks and spontaneous combustion.
3. Combustibles burn due to high temperature.
Some people will use some glass to make spherical decoration in the car, which is very beautiful, but this kind of glass products will produce a condensing effect under the sunlight, which is similar to the principle of convex lens. High temperature will be generated at the focus of condensing. If there are combustibles, they will ignite, resulting in auto combustion. In addition, flammable substances such as lighters, perfumes, air fresheners and other combustible substances are also placed inside the vehicle, which will evaporate in high temperatures. If a certain concentration is reached, the spark will burn or explode.
4. Spontaneous combustion caused by inferior modification.
Many car owners like to refit their cars, add anti-theft devices to the cars, refit high-end audio systems, retrofit models, add air conditioners and so on. Due to non professional wiring during installation, the circuit is easy to be short circuited during use, laying potential safety hazards for vehicle spontaneous combustion.
5. Fire caused by vehicle collision or part failure.
Large degree of collision or chassis damage. If the oil circuit is damaged in the collision, the joint is loose, the fuel leaks, and the risk of spontaneous combustion is quite high.
6. Excessive accumulation of engine sludge, high temperature in summer and high engine temperature, resulting in spontaneous combustion of sludge due to high temperature.
Aging of oil circuit, accumulation of oil sludge and difficulty in heat dissipation are also one of the important reasons for vehicle spontaneous combustion.
