The Ministry of industry and Information Technology launched the pilot application of new energy vehicle power exchange mode

        Recently, the general office of the Ministry of industry and information technology issued the notice on starting the pilot application of new energy vehicle power exchange mode (hereinafter referred to as the notice), and decided to start the pilot application of new energy vehicle power exchange mode. There are 11 cities included in this scope, including 8 comprehensive application cities, namely Beijing / Nanjing / Wuhan / Sanya / Chongqing / Changchun / Hefei / Jinan; There are 3 characteristic categories of heavy trucks, namely Yibin / Tangshan / Baotou.

        The circular clearly requires the pilot work: first, we should strengthen overall planning, establish a coordination mechanism, and earnestly strengthen the organization and implementation of the pilot work of power exchange mode application; Second, we should establish and improve the safety management system, strengthen safety supervision, and effectively ensure the safe operation of power stations and vehicles; Third, strengthen policy implementation, model exploration and innovation support, and accelerate the formation of replicable and replicable experience.

        In order to implement the new energy vehicle industry development plan (2021-2035) and promote the innovative development of new energy vehicle power exchange mode, the Ministry of industry and information technology will jointly carry out the pilot application of new energy vehicle power exchange mode with relevant departments in April this year. Through the application of each city and the review of the provincial competent department, the pilot city was comprehensively determined by means of formal review, expert review and video defense.
