At the same time, by changing the pulse repetition frequency without increasing or reducing the peak voltage, the corona current can be adjusted to realize dust collection with low current density.


1. Main technical standards: dust emission concentration and operation energy consumption can be reduced by more than 30% respectively.


2. Technical features: improve the charging efficiency of dust (especially fine dust), greatly improve the dust removal efficiency and reduce the operation energy consumption. After the conversion, the outlet particle concentration is 16.91mg/m3, the pulse power supply can reduce particle emission by more than 30%, and the operation energy consumption of high-voltage power supply can be reduced by 30% - 70%.


According to the technical route of superimposing pulse high voltage on basic DC high voltage, it is planned to divide pulse high voltage power supply into basic DC high voltage unit and pulse high voltage unit. The two units are designed with separate structures. Among them, the basic DC high-voltage unit adopts the original power frequency three-phase high-voltage unit, increases the high-voltage disconnector cabinet, and increases the high-voltage disconnector cabinet with two in and one out of basic DC high-voltage and pulse high-voltage. The pulse high-voltage unit corresponds to the series LC resonant circuit.


3. The pulse repetition rate ranges from 1PPS to 120pps.
