The temperature resistance of bellows is generally between - 40 ℃ ~ 150 ℃. Its materials are generally divided into PP and PA. PA material is better than PP material in flame retardant and wear resistance, but PP material is better than PA material in bending fatigue resistance.

2. PVC pipe selection.

The function of PVC pipe is similar to that of bellows. PVC pipes have good flexibility and bending deformation resistance, and PVC pipes are generally closed. Therefore, PVC pipes are mainly used for the branch of harness bending to make the conductor transition smoothly. The heat resistance of PVC pipes is not high, generally lower than 80 ℃.

Advantages: wear resistance, high water resistance, softness, good bending deformation resistance.

Disadvantages: the harness manufacturing process is time-consuming, generally lower than 80 ℃.

3. Selection of tape

Harness tape is generally divided into PVC tape, flannelette tape and cloth base tape.

PVC tape is wear-resistant and flame retardant; The temperature resistance is about 80 ℃, the noise reduction is poor and the price is cheap.

Velvet tape and cloth tape are made of pet. Velvet tape has the best binding and noise resistance, and the temperature resistance is about 105 ℃

Cloth based tape has the best wear resistance and high temperature resistance of about 150 ℃.

The common characteristics of flannelette tape and cloth base tape are poor flame retardancy and high price.

The instrument line has a small working space and a good environment. It can be wrapped with tape or flowers.

The working space of door line and ceiling line is small, which can be wrapped with adhesive tape, and some branches can be wrapped with industrial plastic cloth; The thin ceiling line can be directly adhered to the body with sponge tape.

4. Selection of braided pipe

The braided pipe has the characteristics of wear resistance, high temperature resistance and preventing the wear of other parts. The braided pipe of braided metal wire can better resist electromagnetic interference. Used in places with unavoidable interference or high electromagnetic interference. The disadvantage is high cost.

5. Selection of heat reflective tape / pipe

Heat reflective tape / pipe can prevent heat radiation and is suitable for high temperature areas. It is inevitable to use at high temperatures. The disadvantage is high cost.

6. Selection of plastic support

The plastic support is customized with the vehicle, which can meet the requirements of special installation controls and path routing. It has strong positioning ability, beautiful wire harness layout, wear resistance and temperature resistance. The disadvantage is high cost.
