2. The large load circuit terminal of the safe generally adopts the large row wiring terminal, and the insertion of this kind of wiring terminal is also very fine.

       The insertion of the large terminal of the connecting row shall be placed in the previous processes as far as possible, that is, the large terminal of the connecting row shall be inserted first, and the small wire diameter terminal on one side shall be inserted later. The purpose is to avoid squeezing the small wire nearby when inserting the large terminal, wearing the insulating skin of the small wire, exposing the copper wire to contact with the large terminal, resulting in interconnection power channeling.

3. Most main engine manufacturers and harness manufacturers have a headache, which is the withdrawal of the fuse box.

       In order to prevent the occurrence of needle withdrawal, employees are required to strengthen self-examination awareness and remember "one plug, two listening and three pulling back" in the operation process. In addition to the above methods, the harness manufacturer also needs to pay attention to the installation of the large terminal of the connecting row. During the pressing operation of the large terminal of the connecting row, there will often be insufficient force and the pressing is not in place.
