3. Delivery inspection control plan.

It refers to specifying the test standard and sampling quantity with reference to the items required by the technical conditions.

At the same time, the following work needs to be carried out: measurement system analysis, evaluation of whether the current test equipment / fixtures / methods and personnel quality can meet the requirements. If not, training and improvement must be carried out according to the actual situation to improve the comprehensive strength.

For the testing equipment that is difficult to operate, it is necessary to formulate detailed testing operation instructions and equipment operation procedures, implement the post rotation system, transmission, help and drive, standardize and formulate various relevant testing record forms, formulate relevant quality management systems and reward systems, and carry out relevant training.

While carrying out the above work, relevant systems shall be reviewed. The improvement of the system must be combined with the treatment process of practical problems to establish a process management system suitable for the company.

(4) Data statistical analysis

Carry out statistical analysis according to the data collected by each inspection point, determine the improvement objectives, formulate the quality improvement plan, and give priority to the implementation of simple, simple and fast projects.

(5) Organizational adjustment

According to the actual work situation, adjust the organization, improve the standardized filing of the project, and hold summary meetings regularly.
