Key points of aerospace cable manufacturing process

Manufacturing process requirements of cable assembly.

In addition to the process design, the manufacturing process also has a great impact on the reliability of cable components. In order to ensure reliability, the following process requirements shall be followed in the manufacturing process of cable mesh:

1) All Electrical connector The enclosure wires and shield wires of the are bundled with the harness.

2) All binding wire contacts shall be painted with three proofing paint.

3) All Electrical connector The empty point is not tinned and covered with transparent heat shrinkable protective material.

4)Electrical connector Tinning and gold removal treatment shall be carried out before gold-plated welding cup welding.

5) Cable spacing Electrical connector The cable number and electrical connector number shall be pasted 6 ~ 7cm at the root of the tail cover, and a complete set of transparent heat shrinkable protective materials shall be pasted.

6) If the harness diameter is less than 5mm, install the heat shrinkable pipe marked with the electrical connector number at the above position as appropriate.

7) In order to ensure the production cycle, the harness can be bound with rope or segmented transparent heat shrinkable material (15mm), and the binding spacing is 150 ~ 200mm.

8) The shielding skin connection shell adopts two insurance methods: shielding skin pressure shell and lead connection shell.
