1、 Parallel interface And serial interface.
(1)Parallel interface 。

Theoretically, the parallel transmission efficiency is high, but due to the physical reasons on the line, the transmission frequency can not be too high, and the actual transmission speed is not directly proportional to the parallelism, which may be worse.
(2) Serial interface.
It refers to the interface of serial transmission. It is also 0 ~ 90 numbers. It needs to be transmitted 10 times with one transmission line.
Theoretically, the efficiency of serial transmission is not high, but because of its data accuracy and high-frequency support, the transmission speed is high.
(3) Parallel and serial cables (IDE / SATA)
At present, the external interfaces of most computers are replaced by serial interfaces, such as USB, 1394, com, etc. Are serial interfaces.

2. Hard disk interface type.
